Orders are delivered via our trusted courier partner or directly by Capmor Stationers, depending on your location and availability.
Delivery Fee
A delivery fee of R70.00 will apply per order within Gauteng.
For deliveries outside of Gauteng, a shipping quote will be emailed to you for approval prior to order confirmation.
Delivery Times
Please allow 2 to 5 business days for delivery. If your order is urgent, please contact us to make special arrangements.
Please note that no deliveries will be made on public holidays.
As we rely on a third-party courier service, Capmor Stationers cannot guarantee specific delivery times or schedules.
Returns
Returns can be made at your nearest Capmor Stationers retail outlet.
Loss or Damage to Goods
Capmor Stationers is not liable for any loss or damage to goods once they have been handed over to the courier service.
However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue should such an event occur.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery fails due to no one being available to receive the parcel, the customer will be liable for the full delivery fee required to resend the package.
