Refund Policy

Refund & Exchange Policy

Exchanges are permitted within 14 days of purchase, provided that the item is unused and in its original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required for all exchanges and refunds—no exceptions will be made without it. Items must be returned to one of our three store locations to be processed for an exchange or refund.

If a product is found to be defective, Capmor Stationers will cover the courier costs for both the return of the faulty item and the delivery of the replacement. However, if the product is not found to be defective, all courier costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
